Multinational company in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a candidate with a native or bilingual level of English and Spanish/Other Languages a bonus for its Customer Advocacy department.

* 

 * Take ownership and initiative in responding to customer inquiries (via phone, chat, and email)

 * Taking ownership to solve any purchase order issues that prevent timely order entry with our Shared Services team
 * Working with the customer and sales to ensure accurate and clean purchase orders
 * Collaboration with our customer and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery/collection of goods
 * Prioritize workload to meet deadlines
 * Participate in and lead, where appropriate, customer reviews and internal meetings, including product training.
 * Participate in sales meetings, communicating any key information, priorities, or issues if necessary
 * Participate and contribute to process improvement projects, testing and training.
 * Support the business on specific ad hoc projects as needed


Perfil del candidato

* Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to collaborate across virtual functions/teams and across time zones
 * Ability to prioritise workload to meet challenging deadlines
 * Ability to perform a wide variety of task, multitask efficiently and work under pressure
 * Enjoy working a part of team to deliver results, to learn and to share knowledge.
 * Experience in SAP, Business Objectives advantageous
 * Macro/VBA knowledge advantageous
 * Proficient in the use of computer aided applications and software - Microsoft tools - Power Bi, Advanced Excel, Power Apps/Automation advantageous


Oferta de empleo

Salary: 30,000 Gross/Year in 12 payments
 Telecommuting Optional offices located in Alcobendas.
 6-month contract through Page Personnel + possibilities of moving to the client's staff
