Would you consider yourself an entrepreneurial person? Do you like helping clients and giving them solutions? If you have a native level of Italian, this is an interesting job opportunity!

This position is for a fast-growing SaaS start-up company providing software solutions to retail businesses in particular. You will develop fast and grow within the company without limits. Our Client is looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who wants to join their Barcelona team and contribute to the expansion of the company.

Main responsibilities 
- Increase business volume by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships/deals within big accounts
- Manage the leads generated by the SDR department, converting them into deals
Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that the solutions provides, successfully handling objections
- Meet with potential clients in order to present and explain the solutions
- Keep your pipeline and forecasting up to date
- Collaborate closely with the team to identify improvements and achieve better results

Requisitos

Core skills/Experience	
- Native Italian speaker with excellent communication skills both written and oral
- At least 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably with big accounts with long sales cycle 
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Dynamic personality, self-starter, result-driven
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new and unexpected situations
- Proactive, curious and empathetic
- Comfortable with a SaaS/ Digital marketing environment
