Reporting directly to the Global OTC Director you will be responsible for the following tasks: Assure a compliant invoicing and revenue recognition process Responsible for the Monthly Revenue Closing according to Group Policy Manage collection activities for the assigned region by setting group and individual targets in accordance with the company KPIs focused on DSO and Bad Debt provisions Monitor recovery actions according to the assessment of the client risk and credit limits fixed by the company Run department wide projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Order to Cash cycle Play a key role in the continuous improvement process on increasing efficiency and leveraging automation by implementing new systems and procedures Liaise with internal and external customers to support business processes Manage the relationship with Operations to balance maximizing Collections results and Customer Satisfaction (internal and external)
High level of English + other European language(s) is a plus Ideally 5-10 years of experience in OTC Previous experience in a similar supervisory / managerial role Good negotiation and communication skills (spoken and written) Customer focus Strong reporting skills Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach and attention for detail Strong social skills Ability to work under pressure to achieve company objectives
