Funciones

ROLE PURPOSE

Due to an exciting time of growth, we are looking for an experienced and internationally-minded Recruiter to join our team. You’ll have the chance to recruit a wide variety of roles in different departments and countries so it’s a great role for someone who is looking for a challenge. Direct hire is very important for us so someone who can leverage their network and use social media would be a great fit.

 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and regional HRBPs to understand role requirements
- Develop an appropriate sourcing strategy for each role
- Assess and evaluate candidates against role requirements
- Pro-actively keep all key stakeholders informed of progress and next steps, using concise and regular communication
- Provide timely and professional communication with all candidates ensuring the reputation of “Glory” is upheld in the market place
- Track the recruitment process using Taleo
- Maintain a great candidate experience
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles
- Recruit with an emphasis on direct hiring - reducing time to hire and cost to hire
- Highlight opportunities to continuously improve the recruiting process and practice
- Contribute to Recruitment projects
- Provide reporting on activities
- Manage agency relationships in the recruitment process when required

Requisitos

- Previous experience in Recruitment including recruiting internationally
- Proven results in direct hiring and reducing time to hire
- Experienced in recruiting up to middle manager
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office and Taleo
- Experience in a tech company and in-house would be advantageous
- Fluent in Enlgish, French and German, Spanish would be an advantageous
