Funciones

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a multinational company leader in the fields of Haemostasis, Critical Care and Autoimmunity diagnostics.

As a European Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for:

Delivery of goods to customers ensuring high standards of service:
-Handle orders
-Resolve complaints
-Answer customers' questions by phone or e-mail
-Create reports
-Delivery information or documentation
-Provide information about a product (availability, delivery details, delivery time, etc.)

Requisitos

We are looking for someone with the following skills & capabilities:

-Good communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, assertiveness
-Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Customer Service Department
-Language fluency: German, French, English and Spanish
-Knowledge of SAP or Lotus
