Funciones

We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Event Dishwasher to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain for FORMULA 1 ARAMCO GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2025 (from 29 May to 1 June). As a crucial member of our event staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our fast-paced kitchen environment during various events and gatherings.

Clean and sanitise dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using manual and automatic dishwashing equipment
Ensure proper storage and organisation of clean items in their designated areas
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including work surfaces and floors
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and detergents as needed
Assist in the disposal of food waste and recycling in accordance with local regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy event periods
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Contribute to the overall efficiency of the kitchen by maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Respond promptly to any additional cleaning requests from kitchen staff or event organisers

Requisitos

Previous experience as a dishwasher in a high-volume restaurant or event setting is preferred
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when required
Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices in a commercial kitchen setting
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting efficiency targets
Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure
Basic understanding of kitchen operations and workflow is advantageous
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Strong organisational skills and time management abilities
