This is an outstanding opportunity for an events and group sales coordinator, who can focus on further building the winery´s events segment. The successful candidate is able to multitask in a rapidly growing and consistently strong market. Marketing and sales knowledge helps the events coordinator to maximize revenue and a creative mind helps to design impeccable custom event operations. Great passion for hospitality, private event coordination, and corporate events planning will further benefit. We are seeking a hospitable, pro-active and dynamic events and group sales coordinator who can play a major role in optimizing the current event business and chart the next phase for exponential event business growth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to...
- Planning and coordination of events and overseeing day-to-day optimal functioning of event business
- Ensure overall event culture of providing a superb customer experience
- Regularly appraise events performance, and provide guidance and mentoring to steadily improve
- Coordinate efforts with the team of coordinators
- Schedule and direct all events team members to establish flawless events operations
- Create strategies for the growth of the events department
- Ongoing updating of CRM software  
- Coordination of financial reporting
- On and offline communication actions. Design and execution of mailings, newsletter, promotions and collateral, used to generate event business
- Prepare collateral materials for events; timelines, work schedules, printed menus, place cards, seating charts, guest lists, invitations
- Receive and respond to visit and event requests
- Maintain event files; event summary, invoices, cost of event recap
- Compile monthly reporting as needed

Requisitos

Se requiere Licenciatura / Ingeniería Superior y Al menos 3 años de experiencia

Requirements
- A bachelor- s and/or degree in event field or related industry is preferred
- A minimum of two (2) years high touch hospitality experience
- 2-5 years work experience in events planning and execution
- Catalan, Spanish and English are required
- Valid driver- s license
- Must be willing to work flexible schedule with extended hours including evenings and weekends
