Qualifications: - English Level C2. - Experience supporting c-level executive staff in fast paced work environments. - This candidate should have proven competency using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. - This person should have a high degree of flexibility beyond regular work hours, operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. - The person in this position will need to build strong relationships with other departments in order to accomplish tasks and achieve goals. The ability to build relationships across key stakeholders is critical. Job Requirements: - Strong time management, process management and productivity skills. Expert calendar management. Understands overall department priorities, aligns schedules and meetings appropriately. - Intuitive sense of confidentiality and a gatekeeper and management of access to the right people and directing requests to the right area. - Self-starter and self-directed: understands the needs of the executives and proactively helps out and addresses gaps and opportunities. - Comfortable working under deadline pressures and with colleagues who may work remotely. Job Responsibilities: - Organize, plan and coordinate meetings, and events. - Manage domestic and international travel booking. - Help coordinate complex documents and presentations. - Provide support on special projects. - Complete expense reports, IT tickets, HR requests etc. - Partner with other company executive assistants in order to collaborate, schedule meetings, solve problems, and obtain information to ensure smooth day to day operations.
