We are looking for an Executive Chef for recognized Beach Club in the Marbella area

Reporting to theGeneral Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible of

* Management and supervision the restaurant operations and Beach Club 
* Supervise and direct the team in charge: schedules, training, recruitment, operations, etc.
* Ensure compliance with the kitchen standards set by the brand.
* Creative ability to bring new proposals to the group.
* Efficient cost management in the kitchen.
* Supervise the kitchen conditions and Kitchen maintenance.
* Contact with suppliers.


Perfil del candidato

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
 * Ability to work under pressure.
 * Ability to manage high volume operations
 * Team management and training capacity
 * Planned / Organization.
 * Leadership & Communication skills
 * Good level of English & Spanish
