Experienced Recruitment Consultants

Manage your own work without time pressure or goals. You will collaborate with our team in the UK, who is already involved in the placement of numerous candidates from several countries of the European Union.

Responsibilities:

·Planning the recruitment solution
·Sourcing and approaching candidates through job websites, Social Media, networking, referrals and database marketing 
·Screening and interviewing candidates
·Providing excellent customer service to candidates
·Selection of candidates according to specifications
·Coordinate with our team in the UK in order to follow up the selection process
·Working to KPI volume targets including call volumes

Requisitos

·Have at least 2 years experience in sales or client facing environment
·Have strong interpersonal ability, be highly competitive and a result oriented selfstarter
·Be interested in building an outstanding and highly rewarding professional career
·Very good level of English 
·Good computer skills
