Funciones

Reporting to the Business Director, this job will have the next responsibilities:
-	Strategic functions:
-	To participate in the Board of Directors of the Business Unit in order to create  the strategic and bussines plans that will help develop the geograghical expansion of Automatism Business.
-	To take responsibility on developing their team: providing feedback, trainning and helping them grow professionally.
-	Customer development and management. 
-	Take responsibility to manage and deal with customers, make market segmentations, customize value proposals, set objectives and action plans, develop management tools that will help track customers and seek full satisfaction of clients.
-	Marketing plan. 
-	Develop and implement detailed commercial action plans, define price policies, manage and optimize marketing and promotion budgets and guaratee returns and profitability results.
-	Commercial Team Management. 
-	Define operation objectives and standards and develop appropriate tools, processes and methodologies to create knowledge in order to communicate  our value proposals to the market.

Requisitos

-	Electronic Engineer or Business Administration.
-	3 years of experience in similar positions, selling automastisms or similar technical products.
-	Be able to lead a team
-	Be able to get the objectives defined for the business.
-	English (C1), French (B2) and Basque (B2)
