Our client is a leader in online luxury fashion & retail with international employees from all corners of the globe. 

Main responsibilities	
- Deliver a best in class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions about their products or services
- Answering to customer requests via telephone and e-mail
- Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers 
- Supporting and understanding e-commerce business principles
- Continuous improvement of internal processes
- Close cooperation with other departments

Requisitos

Core skills/Experience	
- Previous experience in customer service within luxury fashion or hospitality would be a plus 
- Expertise in the use of IT systems (Windows package)
- Excellent listener and a strong communicator
- Ability to work under pressure
- A constant motivation for identifying and understanding the customer's needs
- Passionate and assiduous mindset
