You motivate your team to perform at their best and always keep an eye on quality. You should bring your self and the following with you: | Training in the hotel and catering industry | At least 2 years experience in a management position or as a team leader | Communication and team skills also beyond your own department | creativity and solution orientation I good manners and cultivated appearance I Fluent in German and English, ideally knowledge of the local language
