Food & Beverage Service Intern at Grand Hyatt Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa

Are you passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and creating unforgettable dining experiences? At Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Service Intern to join our dynamic F&B team in a luxury, international 5-star resort environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in restaurants and bars, allowing you to develop your skills while delivering outstanding service to guests from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in providing high-quality food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, and outlets.
· Welcome and attend guests in a professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner.
· Support the setup, service, and clearing of tables according to hotel standards.
· Learn and apply menu knowledge, including food, beverages, and basic upselling techniques.
· Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas in compliance with hygiene standards.
· Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience.
· Assist with administrative and operational tasks within the F&B department as required.

Requisitos

· Education: Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage Management, or related fields.
· Languages: Advanced level of Spanish and English (additional languages will be highly valued).
· Skills: Strong communication skills and a clear customer-service mindset.
· Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Attitude: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
· Knowledge: Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus, but not mandatory.
