Funciones

Assist and support the Finance Manager in providing a professional and responsive finance service to internally ensure compliance with financial processes and guidelines.

 

Externally by adhering to defined service level agreements and financial requirements, ensuring accurate financial reporting every month.


Description

Carry out the company's finance processes in a timely and accurate manner. Creates and maintains company's financial records by performing a variety of financial administrative and clerical tasks. Provide support to our managers, employees, clients and suppliers including assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's administrative activities.

* Creating delivery notes and purchase orders in SAP 
* Creating Expenses in SAP
* Managing the Account Payable weekly proposals
* Bank Reconciliations from Account Payable point of view. 
* Proactive communication with the GL department to ensure that the AP ledger is correctly done. 
* Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. 
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
* Filing of official and legal company documentation. 
* Support with purchases of supplies. 
* Continuous collaboration in other duties assigned by his/her superior


Profile

- French and English fluent
- Accounting and Bookkeeping Skills
- GAAP knowledge
- Excellent Excel Skills (Medium to Advanced)
- Attention to Detail, Organisation Skills, Superior Computer (MS Office) and Typing Skills
- Accurate Data Entry
- Good Verbal & Written Communication
- Capable of Working with Minimal Supervision, Honesty, Record-Keeping Skills, Follows Instructions Well, Competent with Spreadsheets
- Familiar with SAP and Database Management
- Multi-Tasking Abilities
- Ability to Work on a Deadline, Sound Decision-Making Skills, Team Player, Initiative
