Your Day-to-Day
Assist in reconciling the PMS (Property Management System) daily city ledger, guest ledger, and advance deposit ledger to ensure they align with the monthly closing balances and current month changes.
Support the preparation of the daily revenue journal, ensuring proper classification of revenues under the correct general ledger codes.
Update the cashier contract list and assist with month-end reconciliation of cash accounts.
Verify credit card transactions against daily business reports and help prepare credit card and bank reconciliation statements.

Requisitos

What We’re Looking For:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
Availability to sign a school internship agreement, ideally for 6 months.
Prior experience or knowledge in hotel operations is a plus.
Fluent in English or Spanish.
Proactive, energetic, and passionate about finance. Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills are essential.
