EMEA Finance Treasury & Accountant


Description

50% of the time the person performing this position will be the responsible of the treasury management of the Velcro Spanish entity, the main responsibilities are:

 * Check and control bank charges and bank interest.

 * Check and control daily bank documentation.

 * Electronic payments and collections management through the banks.

 * Preparation of monthly Cash flow forecast.

 * Insurance Yearly questionnaire.

 * Insurance Claims follow up.

 

 

For the remaining 50% of the time, the responsibilities will comprise managing the daily routines of the accounting department, including:

 * Administrations tasks

 * Accounting (AR, AP, GL, AM)

 * Credit and Collection

 * Compliance with local authorities (VAT and Tax compliance and declarations with local advisors, and other requirements)

 * Support of the business activity


Profile

* University Degree in Economics or Business Administration.

 * Fluent in Spanish and English

 * 3 years or more of experience in accounting and/or finance.

 * General knowledge of ERP systems and understanding of the connection with internal processes and accounting requirements.

 * Availability to travel (expected 25% of the working time, but might increase depending on Commercial Entities needs).
 * Residing around Maresme Area

Requisitos

*University Degree in Economics or Business Administration.

*Fluent in Spanish and English

*3 years or more of experience in accounting and/or finance.
