•	Contribute to the daily operations of the department 
•	Provide guidance to candidates regarding Scholarships, and loans available at IE 
•	Promote the full range of scholarships provided by the IE Foundation and other sponsoring institutions, as well as the loans which are available to IE candidates. 
•	Assist candidates in navigating the financial aid process, which includes outlining a financial plan that is responsible and in-line with their economic needs 
•	Review and analyze financial aid application data to help determine accurate and compliant financial aid award packages 
•	Answer emails and have one to one informative sessions with potential students and/or parents 
•	Contribute to build a friendly and comprehensive customer service

Requisitos

•	Minimum of a Bachelor degree 
•	Fluent in English and Spanish
•	Organizational skills in setting priorities to complete a heavy workload within established time frames and deadlines 
•	Good communication skills and customer oriented 
•	Experience working in teams 
•	International exposure will be valued 
•	Experience with Excel & CRM will be valued 
•	Must be legally entitled to work in Spain
