Multinational company from the Real Estate sector is looking for a Financial Controller based in Madrid. At least 5 - 6 years of experience as a controller or in External Audit departments in a Consultancy firm such as a Big Four or similar i a must. Experience in Project Finance is very desirable. Very high English level is a must.

Reporting to the Financial Director and being his "right hand" the selected candidate will be responsible for:

 * Performing month-end closing tasks and reports.
 * Reviewing the accuracy of accounting books.
 * Preparing Monthly financial information to be used by the rest of the team for closing.
 * Managing relationship with internal stakeholders.
 * Provide general administrative tasks related with the Tax & Treasury areas.
 * Completing other tasks given by the Business Controller, such as: budgeting, forecasting, etc.
 * Carry out the Project Finance with the support from the Headquarters.
 * Reviewing the General ledger on a monthly basis.


Perfil del candidato

* University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
 * At least 5 - 6 years of proffesional experience as a controller in a Real Estate company or in an External Audit department in a Big Four or similar.
 * Fluent in English.
 * Knowledge of Navision will be a plus.
 * Ability to identify potential issues; good communication and interpersonal skills; team player. Strong willingness to learn.
 * Strategic vision.


Oferta de empleo

A salary package of 42.000 - 48.000 fixed euros + bonus + Social Benefits (life insurance + health insurance + English classes). The final offer in terms of fixed salary will depend on the experience of each candidate.
