Financial Operations & Commercial Analyst to work with the rest of the regional finance teams in driving the business forward. A commercially focused, strategic thinker, the role will provide overall visibility to the operational & commercial performance of the market.

The selected candidate must perform the following tasks:

 * Work closely with local finance management and EMEA Regional operational & commercial Finance to ensure group compliance, to improve management decision making, and to ensure Finance is a "Trusted Business Partner".
 * Strong technical accounting expertise, including good working knowledge of US GAAP, Local GAAP and SOX.
 * A strategic mindset, with the ability to challenge the norm, through strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change.
 * Direct, hands-on experience in creating, tracking and controlling actual, forecasts and budget metrics, and with an unrelenting curiosity to identify opportunities to benefit the business.
 * Proven ability to analyze actual vs. plan results and summarize underlying drivers of variances as well as providing clear and succinct interpretation of results to management.
 * Adaptable, being able to change in response to new information and different or unexpected circumstances.
 * Fluency in English, both written and spoken, plus local languages.
 * Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.


Perfil del candidato

El candidato seleccionado deberá reunir los siguientes requisitos:

 * Recognized local Accountancy Qualifications plus Business degree, 3+ years' experience.
 * 

Demonstrable experience within a financial role, delivering value added contributions to in a business context.
 * Experience in Cost Accounting.

 

 * Experience in a EMEA subsidiary of a US multi-national, knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance models.
 * Experience of a matrix style organization.
 * Proficiency in ERP systems & Microsoft tools. SQL skills would be an advantage.
