Our client - an important manufacturer Tier 1 of car parts active in the automotive field - is looking for a Fleet Manager in Madrid, Spain.


Descripción de la oferta

Fleet visits & truck dealer visits

 

 * with the aim to gather information about the fleet, to detect the fleet's potential, to explain the benefits of the products to the decision maker.

Lead generation

 * scans the Spain & Portugal for new fleet addresses through 'roadspotting'

 Administration

 * enters all data gathered during fleet visits and truck dealer visits correctly into the CRM database and handles possible actions related to those visits


Perfil del candidato

Educational and / or Experience Requirements:

 * University degree or equivalent by experience

 * Technical sales experience

 * Negotiation experience in tough situations, both with internal and external groups. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 * Language skills: (near) native Spanish and at least high level of Portugese as, high level of English

 * Proactive, hunting sales skills

 * Result driven, able to work towards clear targets in a logical and structured way, not discouraged by opposition and setbacks

 * Outgoing, assertive and strong personality with ability to connect with a wide range of customers/decision makers at all levels in a company (from large multinational fleets to small local transport companies)

 * Autonomous, self-starter with strong multitasking skills and the ability to structure and prioritise workload independently

 * Excellent communication skills, experience in presenting to large groups internally and externally, ability to work in a multi-national company and sales team
