Duties Include:

· Maintaining professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues.

· Preparing mise en place for the assigned food and beverage outlet.

· Ensuring that the assigned station is clean, well-maintained and appropriately stocked.

· Anticipating the needs of guests, and responding in a proactive manner.

· Complying with food safety & hygiene, health & safety and quality standards as outlined by the management team.

· Ensuring that materials and equipment supplied are utilised properly.

· Authorisation to take up employment in Malta.
