Job Description

What you’ll do... 

We are looking for an F&B operational intern to be part of the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head of F&B, you’ll be serving to our guests our delicious dishes and creative cocktails as well as thinking of new ways to improve our service and surprise our guests. 

Greet all guests warmly and by name, escort guests to their table, provide chair assistance for all guests, and menu presentation. 

Approach guest and collect information needed to assist with seat arrangements. 

Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. 

To serve food and beverage orders according to recipes and service standards. 

To be knowledgeable about products available. 

Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service. 

Requisitos

What we are looking for... 

Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for a period of preferably 6 months.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor´s or master´s program in Hospitality, or a related field.
Availability to start as soon as possible.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
