Funciones

FP&A EMEA Sales and Margin Analyst for an Industrial Multinational Company located near Mataró


Description

* Coordination and support the EMEA legal entity controllers with the month end close of Net External Sales and preparation of the EMEA Sales Flash report

 * Reconciliation between AR and GL

 * Lead and act as point of contact for the EMEA Daily Sales Orders Entered report

 * Preparation of consolidated EMEA Sales and GM report supporting each entity controller to complete the reports following the Regional standards

 * Preparation of a variety of Sales and Gross Margin variance analysis vs budget, forecast and PY

 * Work together with the Customer Data Master responsible in the maintenance and updates of the customer account details

 * Monthly coordination and consolidation of Sales rolling forecasts

 * Provide treasury with sales projections for them to estimate future incoming cash flows

 * Develop Sales and GM analysis, reporting and forecasting templates

 * Lead the Sales Budget preparation

 * Act as back-up for the rest of the EMEA FP&A team (OPEX, working capital analysis, ad-hoc analysis, reporting, budget)
 * 

International exposure (working with colleagues from countries around the world)


Profile

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related area
 * Cambridge Advanced English level or equivalent English writing, speaking and listening skills 
 * 3-4 years of experience working as sales controller, FP&A or related area
 * High command of Excel: pivot tables with calculated fields, H&VLOOKUPs, MATCHs, text parsing functions, formatting, filters, etc..
 * Flawless formula-based calculation of percentages, discounts, surcharges, gross margins, cost-based selling prices and currency conversions in Excel
 * Powerpoint: building presentations
 * Data export to Comma Separated Values (CSV) format in Excel
 * Experience with Business Intelligence Tools
