FP&A Junior Analyst in an International Company in Barceona.

* Support the monthly consolidation process, e.g. recharges between affiliates, review expenses allocation.
 * Assisting the FP&A function by supporting the entities by the preparations and validation of management information.
 * Participate in the monthly close process of the different entities to ensure accurate and timely financial statements, e.g. verification of manual journal entries.
 * Monitor and analyse the monthly rolling financial Forecast accuracy.
 * Support financial and disclosure reports for the Corporate office in the US.
 * Perform monthly variance analysis comparing actual performance to Forecast, Budget and Prior Year to aid in decision makingP.
 * articipate in the yearly Budget process for the Global organization.
 * Work closely with local controllers to increase the overall reporting requirements.
 * Perform ad hoc requests.


Perfil del candidato

* Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience.
 * Good knowledge in English - Other languages are a plus.
 * Strong analytical skills.
 * Self-starter, able to plan prioritize and carry out multiple tasks accurately and within deadlines.
 * Advanced Excel skills are essential.
 * Overachiever, adapting to changing environment, under short timing.
 * Pro-active, enthusiastic and motivated by change.
 * Problem-solver.
 * Technical Accounting Knowledge.
