Funciones

Reporting to the Senior Finance Director - GBS, the FP&A Lead - GBS manages a team of 3 FP&A Analysts who are focused on Global Business Solutions functions. With the support of their team, they provide high quality planning, reporting, analysis and insights to the Finance Business Partners for GBS and onwards to the global GBS stakeholders.

 * Onboarding & Development of FP&A Analysts
 * Ensuring that the team is fully resourced with high calibre talent
 * Resource Planning in accordance with monthly and quarterly deadlines
 * Effective delegation of ad hoc queries and requests
 * Complete goal setting, mid-year review, and annual review in Talent Toolbox, and by the HR deadlines
 * Identifying and delivering upon development opportunities for FP&A Analysts
 * Conducting regular 1-2-1s with Manager and direct reports
 * Contributing to FP&A for GBS Management wider GBS team governance
 * Providing a trusted service to GBS Stakeholders :
 * Executing controllership activities to support the month-end closing process.
 * Ensuring monthly/quarterly management reporting delivered globally to support GBS stakeholders and leadership teams to understand performance.
 * Execute efficient global planning process for GBS leveraging the corporate tools and technologies.
 * Produce ad hoc analysis and insights to support decision making.

Requisitos

 * 3+ years' experience performing FP&A roles supporting multiple countries
 * Experience of working in a multi-national business and working with different cultures
 * Professional accounting qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
 * High standard of English, additional languages are a plus
 * Thrives in dynamic environments
 * Highly organised and efficient
