Multinational company from the retail sector (Food & Beverage) is looking for a FP&A Manager based in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience working as a Business Controller / Sales Controller / FP&A Manager in a multinational company or in Transactions in Big Four. Previous experience in FMCG or retail companies is preferred. Very high English level is a must.


Description

Reporting to the CFO, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

 * Participating in the Business plan, annual budget & quarterly forecasts (Sales, P&L & Capital, Cash Forecast).
 * Enhancing financial models to forecast revenues and operating costs.
 * Designing key analysis to drive debate on key financial choices for the next years. 
 * Measuring Capital performance and recommend capital allocation priorities.
 * Supporting investment decision (new units Capex).
 * Tracking quarterly returns on store portfolio.
 * Ensuring financial performance of deal making for the company.
 * Performing deal assessment and provide recommendation on commercial conditions.
 * Ensuring reliable and valuable reporting driving key business insights.
 * Continuing to develop and improve KPIs and tools to monitor equity and franchise performance
 * Quarterly reporting of budgeting and evolution.
 * Tracking of main margin improvement program management.


Profile

* University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
 * At least 5-6 years of proffesional experience as a Business Controller / Sales Controller / FP&A Manager in a multinational company or in Transactions in Big Four.
 * Previous experience in the Retail Sector is a plus.
 * Financial modelling skills will be a plus.
 * Comfortable in using Excel.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Rigor, autonomy and creativity to identify new solutions.
 * Fluent in English.


Job Offer

A salary package of 42.000 - 48.000 fixed euros + bonus +. The final offer in terms of fixed salary will depend on the experience of each candidate.
