Funciones

The mission of the FP&A Manager is key to drive company's performance providing qualitative data, business analysis, performance tracking and control to the management in order to enable it to plan and develop company activities in the most effective way.


Description

* Act as Management Business Partner to management
 * Consolidate and produce the monthly management reporting
 * Analyse Market's performance and animate Monthly Market's Review meeting
 * Prepare presentations for the management
 * Support Heads of Departments in business and Financial analysis
 * Support budgeting and Forecasting processes
 * Support annual strategic plan process
 * Develop new reporting tools, participate to system & process improvement
 * Perform ad hoc analysis
 * Cope with new reporting requirements subsequently to the group change of ownership
 * Developing and manage a team


Profile

* Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting qualification
 * A minimum of 8 year's experience in an accounting/controlling function in international environment is a must.
 * ERPs knowledge
 * Fluency in English is essential
 * Excellent command in Excel
 * Experience in international company liaising with abroad subsidiaries
