You are the new point of contact for our current and potential customers. You make sure that these clients come to you with their logistical questions and try to support them as well as possible. You are someone who knows how to challenge the client and keep them up to date on the latest developments. Do you have strong communication skills and do you always want to achieve your goals? Your daily business: •Establish new customer relationships and maintain, develop existing relationships. •Direct control & organize sales activities across business units which drive our products, services and revenue. •You are a source of information for your clients; you know the answers to all their questions! •Your innovative ideas ensure that the organization can continue to develop and improve. •Responsible for the correct hand-over of all customer responsibilities to Operations Management. •Responsible for Compliance with all UPS’ Service Level Agreements. •Responsible for the delivery of Customer Signature on Memorandum of Understanding, Non Disclosure Agreement, Legal binding Contract, Master Operating Plan, Standard Operating Plans and/or Service Level Agreements as well as Tariff and Price Agreements.
•Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent. •Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with team members. •Experienced in effectively executing, solution-based enterprise sales process. •Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry. •Driver license. •Fluent in English and Spanish. •Good knowledge of the MS-Office tools.
