The O'Donoghue Ring Collection encompasses a range of Hotels, Apartments, Spas, Restaurants, and Bars, all situated in the bustling town centers of Killarney and Castleisland, Co. Kerry. The Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa, a 4- star hotel with 198 rooms located in the heart of Killarney, is part of the O'Donoghue Ring Collection. We are currently seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full- time, year- round. The role requires flexibility to work shifts across 5 days, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front desk duties as part of the Front Office team.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide service that exceeds their expectations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of front office standards and procedures.
- Handle switchboard and hotel telephone operations according to company protocols.
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across departments.

Requisitos

About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel is a plus.
- A team player with the ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment.
- Detail- oriented, with a passion for advancing in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Hotsoft & Opera operating systems is advantageous but not required.
- Fluent English is essential.
