FRONT OF HOUSE CREW – BARCELONA

As a Front of House Crew Member, you must be part of ensuring that the Front Office department is run smoothly, ensuring that there is a relentless desire to “wow” our customers at every opportunity, exceeding their needs.

At Generator Barcelona, located in the buzzing district of Gracia near Gaudi's Casa Batllo, staff enjoy a vibrant, creative, and culturally rich environment.

Responsibilities:

· Take ownership of the guest journey, continuously raising the bar and creating a unique Generator experience.
· Know your guests and show passion for independent travel and the road less travelled.
· Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
· Be part of a collaborative team within your department.
· Monitor social spaces, lighting, sound, and temperature to ensure they reflect the Generator brand and culture.
· Know your city, including cafés, bars, restaurants, art, and music.
· Comply with company policies including Fire Training, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene.
· Responsible for all cash handling whilst on duty.
· Correctly administer Close of Shift procedures with 100% accuracy and consistency.
· Perform other duties as reasonably required.

Requisitos

· Passion for hospitality and the youth travel market.
· Experience in a front office hospitality environment.
· Experience working with a Property Management System.
· Flexible availability for morning and evening shifts.
· Excellent organisation, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Eligible to work in the EU.
· Required skills: Spanish.
