Key ResponsibilitiesOversee full Front of House operation (bar, floor, guest experience) Lead, train, and motivate FOH team membersManage staff scheduling and shift coordinationMaintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanlinessHandle customer queries and ensure a positive guest experienceWork closely with kitchen and senior managementMonitor performance and drive improvements during peak serviceHours: Average 45 h / week Candidate ProfilePrevious experience as FOH Manager / Bar Manager / Restaurant ManagerExperience in high
