Are you looking for a challenge in an International Company?
Selectiva is looking for an specialist as Front Office Agent with Swedish and English for the headquarters of a multinational company based in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid). This is a stable position in which you will grow up and develop your skills in an international enviroment.
 
The main responsabilities will be:
Management of the incidences originated in Account Payable /Account Receivable /Service Contract areas and the different businesses (via email, telephone, e-Ticketing and Front Office Platform)
Document all query information according to standard operating procedures
Resolution of clients' and suppliers' calls and e-mails according to the Service Level Agreement.
Management of rejected invoices.
Analysis of clients and suppliers accounts.
Solution of dunning letters/legal cases.
Execution of clients dunning via SAP.
Outbound calls for unpaid debts or clarifications, contract prolongation, reactivation, termination or mileage balance.
Outbound calls to obtain information or sell products or services.

Requisitos

Native German, fluid English.
The successful candidate must have extraordinary oral and written communication skills, as well as to be oriented to targets and results.
As the Front Office Agent, you have to be able to work under pressure and to manage stress in a role that involves multitasking.
