Are you passionate about hospitality and dreaming of gaining experience in a luxury hotel environment? At Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa, we are looking for a Front Office Intern to join our dynamic Front Office team.

This is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your professional skills while delivering outstanding service to our guests in an international 5-star resort.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs in line with hotel quality standards.

Handle guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction at all times.

Assist in managing and updating reservations using the Property Management System (PMS).

Support the resolution of incidents and contribute to an excellent guest experience.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and memorable stay for our guests.

Perform front desk administrative tasks, including correspondence management and daily reports.

Requisitos

Current student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fields.

Advanced level of Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset.

Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and computer tools such as Excel.

Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong teamwork skills.
