Functions of the Position

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests.

· You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values, and bring the Company Philosophy, “We Care”, to life, ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
· You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources.
· You will coach and train the Front Office Agents to make sure they deliver the best customer experience at all times.
· As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for acting as a hotel ambassador during your day.
· This will include showing guests around during their check-in process and conducting daily duties in an efficient and timely manner, such as upselling and checking that reservation instructions are being followed, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
· Sometimes our guests have special requests and are celebrating special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Reception Team.
· Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly.
· Our Front Office Supervisor must communicate with other departments and the extended hotel team in order to ensure alignment is maintained.
