As a Front Office Intern, you'll play an important role in creating a uniqueguest experience full of personalized memorable moments on the islandof MaltaWhat you will be learning: - You will assist with all daily procedures, from check- ins to checkouts. - You will facilitate updating internal daily documentation as well ashandling new reservations and modifications if necessary. - You will be providing high- quality concierge service, offering roomshow around of the hotel and the premises. - You will be in charge of handling guests’ feedback and findingsolutions in a professional, qualitative and timely manner
