Funciones

Operating to planned hours to meet the business requirements. You will provide an integral part in the success of the Fulfilment operation showing a flexible approach towards activities and the requirement for additional hours as requested. Duties will include (but not exhaustive):-  Order assembly / fulfilment, Packing of Shipments, Goods In Receipting with MHE* activities (*subject to appropriate held licence), P.I. Checks* (*after full training) computer literate* (* training will be given on the use of RDT’s) and allocation to other departments may also be required to meet business requirements.  You will be able to work safely, with an eye for quality whilst maintaining a good level of output, in addition you will be expected to follow all Health & Safety requirements for the site at all times.

•	To satisfy Health, Safety and Environment, Quality.

•	Working, Operating to Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments

•	Picking & Packing to meet the daily demand

•	To ensure that appropriate PPE clothing is worn at all times in designated areas.

•	To be flexible in approach to working patterns.

•	To be flexible in approach to duties undertaken.

•	To be actively involved in two way communication and the development and introduction of improvement initiatives.

Any other duties as designated from time to time within the remit of the post.

Requisitos

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

•	Good standard of general education (GCSE / O Levels preferred)
•	Experience of working to Quality Standards
•	WMS – FMCG operation experience
•	Computer literate – experience of Microsoft Word / Lotus Notes / Excel
•	Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
•	Experience of the working within a busy Pick and Despatch environment.
•	Manual Handling training
•	Preferred FLT Licence (Training can be provided)
