Funciones

Manage the accounting cycle and the accounting administrative processes of the MediaMarkt stores in order to comply with the legal regulations and the company's internal procedures.


Description

* Overall Responsibility of the General Accounting (GA) team in a shared service center providing service to different countries
 * Oversee GA operations: Mainly Fixed Asset, Month end entries, Balance sheet, IC & Bank reconciliations.
 * Leading the standardization and harmonization of scope & processes across countries within GBS org.
 * Identify opportunities for process improvement and achieve efficiency in resources allocation within the team.
 * Direct contact with Head of Finance & CFO to align collaboration, synchronize strategies and guarantee best quality in our services.
 * Active role in international migration projects to the GBS organization.


Profile

* High level of English (written & spoken).
 * Large experience working in a finance department
 * (General accounting, Reporting, F&A, Controlling,…).
 * Excellent communications skills.
 * Experience in an International Share Service Center
 * Excellent Leadership & Managements skills .
 * Experience leading teams.

Requisitos
