Funciones

You will be responsible for the Service Accounting of the EMEA region.

 * Reporting of P&L and Balance Sheet data that serves as the basis for the business decisions of our Pharma, Consumer Health, and Crop Science business.
 * Deliver compliant financial statements in group (IRFS) and local reports on a "fit for purpose" base and certified by external and internal auditors.
 * Drive improvements - aligned with the overall strategy - through digitalization and by leveraging Data Analytics.
 * Successfully run the country transitions into our Regional Hub by set-up, reinforce, and ensure stable and efficient operations.
 * Leading the team by setting up, communicating, and living the team purpose, while developing the people ensuring upskilling, inclusion and diversity

Requisitos

 * BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with 7+ years of experience, or an MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience
 * Strong Leadership skills and professional standing
 * Customer oriented mind-set, change management capabilities
 * Strong accounting judgement and advanced IRFS knowledge
 * Business knowledge or ability to quickly learn
 * Experience in Product Cost Accounting / Inventory Valuation as well as in cost accounting / controlling
 * Competence to grasp an overview of complex subjects and deduce operational activities
 * Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills
 * Ownership and proactivity in getting things done
