Funciones

We are recruiting 15 German speakers for the CS department of one of our clients, a key player in retention and customer support services in iGaming. Join the growing international office in Barcelona centre!
 * Help and communicate with our customers via e-mail and live chat (NO phone)
 * Providing customer support on gaming, financial, technical or any applicable issues related to the Customer Support department
 * Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phones and assisting them in using the various services and products offered
 * Work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at the office
 * Actively report internally to the team lead and various partners with information about the status of the various markets and customers

Requisitos

 * Previous experience in Customer Support an advantage
 * Fluent in German - both verbal and written, is mandatory
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Excellent team player, with initiative to work independently
 * Can work well under pressure
 * Flexible when it comes to working hours
