German or Dutch Customer Service Representatives, eager to work for a leading Fashion Brand headquartered in Barcelona.


Description

* Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers.

 * Manage customer's orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery.

 * Provide and excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales.


Profile

* Native level of German or Dutch.

 * Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills.

 * The ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently.

 * Confident and enthusiastic.

 * First class written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

 * Numerate and articulate.

 * Well organised, reliable and thorough.

 * Data accuracy and attention to detail.

 * Ability to gain immediate credibility and trust.

 * PC and system literate.


Job Offer

* Full-time contract, 39 hours/week, from Monday to Friday (9.00h - 19.00h).
 * Salary: 18.000€ gross/year.

Requisitos

Native level of German or Dutch.
