Funciones

We are a team of six (including CE Content Marketing Manager, Project Manager and four Content Executives), reporting to the Head of Brand and Content. We work closely with other CE marketing teams (Brand, CRM, Digital, Internal Communications, Local Marketing, Research, Studio) to deliver quality content marketing solutions to our customers across our brands and business.

 * Develop testable, provable and valuable content marketing initiatives to ensure the best possible results
 * Propose, research and deliver content to DACH-PL markets, in alignment with our regional content strategy
 * Create content that drives brand awareness, delivers B2B leads and B2C applications, and meets and surpasses additional metrics that respond to our regional content strategy and local market needs
 * Produce a wide variety of content, including but not limited to: articles, reports, studies and social media collateral, for delivery in multiple online and offline formats
 * Proofread and edit content intended for internal and external use
 * Create and contribute to regular reporting and KPI management
 * Liaise confidently with stakeholders (internal & external) as an expert consultant for content marketing

Requisitos

 * Native-level fluency (written and spoken) in German, with working fluency of French and/or Polish a plus
 * 3-5 years of experience in a related area (content marketing and creation)
 * Experience with content analysis, SEO and social media strategy, a plus
 * User-level familiarity with CMS (content management software) platforms 
 * Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize important over urgent tasks
 * Very high level of attention to detail and desire to do the best job you can do 
 * Team-player and self-motivated to help grow all our marketing activities 
 * Leadership and negotiation skills to ensure quality collaboration with other marketing teams
 * Solid understanding of how different online and offline marketing channels work together
