The Global Controls Assurance Analyst provides support to Global Transactional Finance through the management, oversight and development of key controls and processes.


Description

*Support the Global Controls Assurance Manager in maintaining the transactional finance risk management process *Expand your knowledge and understanding of processes across all of Global Transactional Finance (P2P, O2C & R2R) *Work closely and build relationships with our senior stakeholders across Transactional Finance in order to help us define and propose mitigating controls, maintaining our Global Risk & Control Matrix *Manage & develop our relationship with the GFS HUB team, providing support and analysis on changes proposed by the Global Delivery Excellence team, as well as working closely with the GFS HUB Release Manager to review the monthly change cycle *Create and develop a testing plan across Global Transactional Finance, carry out sample testing on a periodic basis on key controls, and present these results to the relevant teams, using the appropriate tools *Manage the Quarterly Access Review process, creating & implementing new initiatives to further streamline the process, as well as our global role provisioning process,through the further use of automation *Support finance teams through training and guidance *Create, develop & maintain our Internal Control tools, templates,models & documentation


Profile

*At least 3-4 years of experience within Transactional Finance roles

*Experience in a Customer facing role a plus, as well as any involvement in Change Management projects

*Excellent understanding and hands on experience in finance processes

*Strong technical skills, inquisitive, and willing to challenge the status quo

*Ability to create process mapping and documentation skills a plus: MS Word, MS Excel etc.

*High level of autonomy and sense of ownership

*Positive attitude, works well in a team and feels comfortable in a changing environment

*Proficiency level in English: The right candidate should have the capability to communicate verbally and in writing in English, as well as to maintain process documentation in English
