Description

This position is responsible for designing and developing engaging learning solutions for Global and Regional programmes at PageGroup, designed to support our high-performance culture. You'll be a member of the Global Digital Learning Team that designs, develops, and delivers a high-quality learning experience to all employees. As a member of our team, you will experience what life is like in a fast-paced and agile development environment as we develop content for new learning programmes, build on our digital learning platform, and implement technology solutions to continually address the needs of our internal customers

The main tasks you will be managing are as following:

 * Partner with the Global Digital Learning Programme Manager and regional Talent Development teams to identify the appropriate learning approach and content for the target audience.
 * Create storyboards, audio and video scripts, job aids, scenarios, case studies, learning activities, and user guides.
 * Collaborate closely with other Learning Consultants, Designers and Delivery Specialists to align on the design, development, and delivery process for all projects.
 * Provide instructional design guidance and support to the team, SMEs and Talent Development teams.
 * Develop engaging and innovative digital learning solutions including e-Learning, infographics, video, animation, interactive simulations, quizzes, etc. using design tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Powtoon etc.
 * Participate in quality review processes to ensure all content and learning solutions meet our quality standards.
 * Challenge the status quo and project teams on learning methodologies and delivery techniques to deliver the most successful products and results.
 * Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the eLearning and Instructional Design community to enhance and expand on training objectives and deliverables.


Profile

* Proven experience of 3+ years in an L&D role, with a focus on instructional design, adult learning methodologies and tools, training design or designing digital learning experiences.
 * Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning or Technology are a plus.
 * Strong communication skills in English - verbal, written, and presentation with the ability to influence others.
 * Experience in designing and developing digital learning assets: e-Learning, infographics, videos, interactive simulations, animations, visual designs, style guides and prototypes.
 * Experience with rapid authoring tools - Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Powtoon, etc.
 * Experience in creating storyboards and scripts.
 * Experience in managing relationships with global stakeholders in a demanding, high-performance environment.
 * Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
 * Strong understanding of blended learning and adult learning principles. Experience in other modern learning techniques such as gamification, social learning, spaced learning, microlearning, flipped classroom etc is a plus.
 * Ability to work and thrive in rapidly changing environments.
 * Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
