SSC located in Madrid is looking for a Global Intercompany Accountant to work fot he USA market


Description

The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:

 * Support multiple entities for intercompany accounting
 * Prepare preliminary and final intercompany reconciliations
 * Assist in the month end, quarter end and the year-end close process
 * Posts Intercompany/Interdivisional journal entries on both sides for cross-company enabled locations and to one location if not cross-company enabled
 * Prepares payments and takes care of intercompany collections
 * Investigate unreconciled intercompany related activity and disputes between counter parties
 * Perform data balancing activities
 * Provide audit support related to Intercompany activity
 * Continuous improvement initiatives based on KPIs monthly reporting
 * Participates/Leads Global Intercompany projects
 * Other projects and responsibilities


Profile

The chosen candidate should have the following requirements:

 * Studies related to Finance or Accounting
 * At least 2 year of related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
 * SSC experience is a plus
 * Knowledge of ERP solutions
 * High level of English is a must
 * Another EU language is a plus.
 * Availability to work for the US market
