Funciones

Global Marketing Coordinator


Description

* Marketing support - Facilitating marketing support requests around templates, assets and presentations.
 * CRM - Tracking leads and engagement.
 * Digital support - Providing support around website updates and social media support (uploading posts, video creation, reporting)
 * Internal comms - Supporting with the delivery of the internal comms programme, including the intranet, sharing client wins, new team members, etc.
 * Collateral development - Briefing Studio team to produce impactful sales documents.
 * Content creation - support in coordinating projects, briefing external writers, SEO, etc
 * Presentation and credentials support - Helping to manage the team's repository of credentials, case studies and collateral, ensuring presentations/materials are regularly updated.
 * Admin support - Assisting with day-to-day admin including, minute taking, raising POs, requesting and tracking recruitment licences, etc.
 * Creation of bi-weekly reporting: social media, Google Analytics, etc.
 * SharePoint reorganization/maintenance
 * Events planning and implementation - Assisting the marketing team with delivering events such as corporate hospitality and internal team events. This will include venue sourcing, event planning, pre, post and on-site logistics, liaising with suppliers and event communications.

 * High level of IT literacy with ability to learn and utilise a range of different IT systems
 * Strong copy writing and verbal communication skills
 * Creative thinker with analytical capability
 * Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
 * Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
 * Ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies
 * Social media savvy
 * Ideally a marketing qualification
