* This person will be responsible for marketing activities and there is a will to centralize marketing services for all markets. In each market, there will be marketers responsible for the local implementation.

The Global Marketing Director, will take operational responsibility for marketing activities, in particular the lead generation on- and off-line as well as improve the conversion rates of those leads.

The Director is responsible for the conceptualisation and execution of marketing plans as well as measurement, improvement and reporting of the marketing performance across the 18 markets. She/he will provide analysis and guidance on marketing activities/tools implementations. The coordination of agencies is also key.

More specifically the role includes, but not only, following responsibilities:

 * Help grow lead generation in the markets
 * Centralize marketing activities
 * Analyze & report marketing performance, identity improvement areas and ensure market compliance
 * Manage marketing budgets
 * Plan and execute promotions, push cross-sells and up-sells projects
 * Create and renew sales support/collateral and other communication tool
 * Branding, trademarks,
 * External PR /PA when required and especially in case of crisis, together with Digital manager
 * CSR
 * Follow closely market, product and service trends
 * 

Organizational Strategy Factor: Understands company lead generation processes (from prospect to contract). Understands also data base management and customer segmentation, commits to quality.


Perfil del candidato

* Minimum required education and experience:

 * 10 years marketing experience

 * Proven hands-on experience using analytics and metrics including internal reporting systems (SAP, CRM) Google analytic, as well as software (Excel) to gain insights and report results

 * Strong attention to  of outbound/inbound marketing principles

 * Experience supporting multiple sites and/or markets
 * Experience working with agencies
 * Native or excellent command of English

 * 

 

 

 * Business school or University degree
 * Strong leadership and organizational skills, high attention to detail and meeting deadlines
