Global Media Manager


Description

This role requires a balanced experience between planning and operational execution, delivering the right ads through the right channels and reporting against their results. As well as managing digital media budgets and working closely with our agencies.

Responsible for delivering audience-centric, insight driven, digital media plans, whilst utilizing the scale of our customer and business data to drive responsive advertising. 

Confidence in engaging and managing senior stakeholders; finding ways to align approaches across regions, marketing channels and between functions is a must.

As the Global Media Manager, you will be expected to work across three key areas:

 1 Client pitches for recruitment media 

 * Identification of the right job boards for the brief and the rationale, based on knowledge and understanding of the business' current media agreements, ROI, etc.

 * Client recruitment media plans; activation & fulfilment 

 * Ensuring job ads are created and advertised in the right places (including the Broadbean management of job ad posting onto 3rd party boards and working with 3rd party suppliers for larger business wins.
 * Creating job ads and posting where needed, ensuring they are inclusive, attractive to the right audience and well received
 * Client page development - where jobs ads need to be housed in a client-page on, work on the development of these page with regional digital teams
 * Reporting - consolidated reporting on ad performance in line with client expectation
 * LinkedIn licence management

 * Ongoing optimisation of the brand media platform 

 * Working with regional digital teams to identify where we may need to expand existing media agreements to support the business wins.


Profile

* At least 3 years' experience within performance marketing and media management.
 * Displays in-depth knowledge and technical understanding of digital media platforms and channels and how they are best used in both B2B and B2C marketing
 * Excellent understanding of digital analytics and ability to leverage data in decision-making process
 * A deep understanding of the external recruitment media landscape, and ability to identify growth opportunities in a challenging environment
 * Highly credible communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
 * Excellent project management capabilities to stay on top of detail and 3 deliverables
 * Enthusiastic and proactive
 * Pragmatic, diplomatic and flexible
 * Strong and creative in problem-solving
 * Intellectually curious
 * Resilient - ability to not be put off by obstacles and resistance
 * Culturally aware and international in outlook
