Our client is looking for a Global Mobility Analyst


Description

* Deliver internal consulting services to expatriates in order to respond to their doubts

 * Prepare financial prediction and compensation offers for each international mission including the annual total company cost

 * Ensure communication to expatriates regarding their international assignment agreements about immigration, visas, issue resolutions, labor law compliance, foreign tax administration etc.…

 * Provide punctual training to the HR team on international mobility matters

 * Ensure the appropriate follow up with providers to make sure that all services are delivered adequately and on time

 * Communicate constantly with the HR and C&B team and other key stakeholders on global mobility issues for their expatriates

 * Prepare and calculate payroll and resolve questions on pay and approving payroll


Profile

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 5-10 years of professional experience and/or equivalent expertise in global mobility, preferably in relevant consultancy firms. Experience with working in an international and multicultural environment. Excellent MS Office skills. Fluent in English.
