Funciones

The appropriate candidate is expected to plan, monitor, support business development and account managers in the delivery of the Company's products into international markets to defined time, cost and quality requirements.

Competencies:
 * Work effectively in cross-organizational situations and be enthusiastic about delivering quality solutions while working with world-class teams, processes and tools;
 * Work comfortably with project management software (e.g. Smartsheet), task management tools (e.g. Trello) and Microsoft Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, Visio, Project);
 * Promote teamwork and maintain effective communication within and across groups
 * Promote and drive continuous process improvement

Requisitos

Knowledge / Experience:
 * Experience in commercial planning related roles (in insurance)
 * Researching existing business systems, identifying improvement opportunities, documenting business requirements, facilitating deliverable acceptance and providing project coordination expertise
 * Experience delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographical locations with a significant amount of uncertainty
 * Desirable experience working with and adapting Salesforce, or similar, software

Skills:
 * HIGH LEVEL written and oral communication in English (native speakers preferred) and Spanish;
 * Strong analysis skills and business acumen

Qualifications:
 * 2y experience in a team lead function: managing small teams of consultants or business analysts
 * A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role in insurance industr
 * A bachelor's degree
 * Experience working with innovative and emerging technology
